We do not accept returns on opened or used items due to the nature of our products. All sales are final on clearance and custom-made orders. We are happy to answer any questions you may have prior to purchasing our products.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
If you receive your order and item(s) are damaged, during shipping, by the Shipper - claims should be submitted directly to the shipper. We would be happy to assist you in providing you with information that you may need to file your claim. Wholly Goat Soaps & Such is not responsible for products damaged during shipping.
If, however, we have processed your order incorrectly and shipped you the wrong item(s), please contact us. We will work with you to remedy the error and ensure that we resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner.
